Great suggestion, but unfortunately, my client can’t reschedule guests, so I have to use what I get. However, we’ve been lucky, most of the recordings have been pretty good. Nonetheless, I did end up creating step-by-step instructions, including screengrabs of Zoom settings, to encourage him and his guests to make sure their settings are correct, especially for which mic is being used. I also included instructions on how guests can record their side of the conversation to their own devices, which could be good backups.
